CUTTING SCRAPBOOK CORNERS

Take the Squarness out of Scrapbook Photos, Mattes and Embellishments!

Do you hate the monotony of everything being squared on your scrapbook pages and photographs? With a couple of tools, and a little time and effort you can soften those sharp corner lines.

A simple solution is to cut the corners at a 45° with a sharp pari of scissors. Although if you do this simple cutting process too often it too may become mundane. "Variety is the spice of life," so using multiple corner treatments will give your pages more interst.

Here are a few more cutting options for your to consider using:

EK Success - Corner Rounder Punches

EK Success - Corner Adorner Punches

Fiskars - Corner Edger Scissors (Round)

Fiskars - Corner Edger Scissors (Nostalgia)

Fiskars - Corner Edger Scissors (Art Deco)

(Go to the Site Directory and put "corner edger scissors" in the search box)

Try a couple of these corner cutting options to give more texture and variance to your photos, mattes and scrapbook pages. Like most other elements of your scrapping effort, you don't want to over due any one process--this certainly is one of them where a little may go a long way. Have fun and be willing to experiment a bit.
